"In 2025, through my private consulting company, I conducted an in-depth market analysis of over 700 Learning Management Systems (LMS) to evaluate capabilities, pricing structures, and scalability. I synthesized this research into a comprehensive master list used to identify the best-fit LMS solutions based on organizational needs, technical requirements, and budget constraints.

I also maintain an active understanding of emerging LMS capabilities, including the integration of agentic AI to dynamically tailor learning experiences—enhancing personalization, engagement, and overall effectiveness for employees.

In addition to strategy, I bring hands-on experience administering LMS platforms such as Workday Learning, Blackboard Learn, and SAP SuccessFactors Learning. My work includes uploading and managing SCORM content, configuring backend data tracking, assigning and segmenting learners, and leveraging LMS systems to promote and distribute training programs.
