She has built and coached high-performing instructional design teams, established standard operating procedures for enterprise learning functions, and led budgeting and resource allocation across multi-project portfolios—consistently delivering initiatives on time and within budget.
Her programs achieve sustained 5/5 learner satisfaction ratings and are grounded in rigorous evaluation, leveraging WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards and the LTEM model to measure effectiveness and inform decision-making.
