Change Management Project: Arthrex
THE NEED
In 2025, Arthrex was moving their HRIS system to SuccessFactors for approximately 7,000+ employees. Carolyn was brought in to advise the Change Management Department on implementing SOPs for the HR Department, and producing training content.
DELIVERABLE
Training video tutorials on SuccessFactors were produced, along with a system to implement SOPs in the HR Department.
PROCESS
"I attended 10+ meetings with the Change Management Department and advised on best practices related to HRIS deployment. I also provided documentation that was to be used by HR Departments to establish and share SOPs.
I assisted with the building of a training program, that included training videos on how to properly use SuccessFactors."-Carolyn
RESULTS
Training videos were noted as assisting employees with the new system. Effective communication to teams and employees, as well as marketing materials, were crucial in making this transfer a success.
